Seminar Overview

A one day minor trip as part of the Course Field Trip & Seminar in Sutherland Global Services Philippines, Inc. in Poblacion District, Davao City. The trip was not that exciting compared to our five days trip in Metro Manila, but still I keep myself focused and still participated in our educational tour. Other than that, I still learned some things about Sutherland Global Services, most especially about their IT Department.

  Day 1

Today, December 10 in the morning, I went on a seminar to Sutherland Global Services Philippines, Inc. in Poblacion District, Davao City.

What I learned?

Other than the knowledge I have that Sutherland Global Services is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), we also learned some things about their IT Department such as how they handle security in terms of network and databases which they assigned VLAN for every program and only specific URLs or IP addresses can be accessed. They also have Websense filter which filters non-business related websites. There are also situations which their IT team can control and cannot control. The controlled situations are when the cause is within their equipment, network bandwidth, server policies, or local issues. While the uncontrolled situations are when the cause is on their clients end, the vendors end, or third party partners. I also learned that Sutherland Global Services is one of the largest, independent Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in the world. Their industry focus on communications, retail, travel, transportation, and logistics, technology, banking, mortgage, healthcare, and government. They also provide incentives based on someone’s performance which they can use to help their educational finances.

What I liked?

I liked when after the discussion and tour, the speaker asked some questions from us and what are the things that we had learned, and whenever someone participates, he will give him/her a freebie. Also when everyone received a free keychain from their company. I also liked that the speaker, Mars Ninte, is a USeP alumni. And also when two of the IT Department of Sutherland Global Services or their GTI Engineers, Mark Rudolph Espanueva and Marben Labonete, gave us even a little of their time just to share to us about their activities and gave us answers from the questions that some of us gave.

What I didn’t like?

I did not liked our company visit/educational tour because they only shared to us what their company all about, just by showing us presentations and videos which seems boring. I think most of us has knowledge already about what Sutherland Global Services is, that is why I think the majority felt bored.

Seminar Overview

A five days trip and seminar in companies located in Metro Manila as part of the Course Field Trip & Seminar, such as Department of Science & Technology (DOST) – Science & Technology Information Institute (STII), IdeaSpace Foundation, Inc., Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) – Traffic Engineering, University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman – UP Information Technology Development Center (UPITDC) for our Mini Y4IT, Nokia Company and Advanced World Systems/Solutions Inc. (AWS).
For these five days trip, I had learnt a lot of things that were related in our course, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Most of it were already taught in some of our subjects which is a good thing because I could understand and relate on speaker's discussions. There were also things that were new to me, just like the other things that the Project NOAH could do. Also about the technologies used in Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) - Traffic Engineering who manages their CCTV footages. The best thing is when I knew that Advanced World Systems/Solutions Inc. give good training for fresh graduates of computer related courses. The best thing is that they also teach how to learn the Japanese language and how to deal business with Japanese as part of the training, which encourage me to join because I am very interested in Japanese culture. Also, the training is a big opportunity to gain experience in different technologies.
This five days trip and seminar was really a good experience. This could be a help for my future plans and future career. It somewhat change my mindset about the path that I am taking.

Day 1

Today, October 24 in the afternoon, I went on a seminar to Department of Science & Technology (DOST) – Science & Technology Information Institute (STII) in General Santos Avenue, Bicutan, Taguig.

What I learned?

I learned that the Project NOAH or Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards of Department of Science & Technology (DOST) – Science & Technology Information Institute (STII) has a lot of components. Some of them that DOST shared were Coastal Hazards and Storm Surge Assessment and Mitigation (CHASSAM), Flood Information Network (FloodNET), Weather Hazard Information Project (WHIP), Distribution of Hydrometeorological Devices in hard-hit areas in the Philippines (HYDROMET), and Disaster Risk Exposure Assessment for Mitigation – Light Detection and Ranging (DREAM-LIDAR). DOST also shared the new component of Project NOAH which is Integrated Scenario-based Assessments of Impacts and Hazards (ISAIAH) which one of its highlights is strengthening preparedness. DOST also developed a mobile application named Arko which gives the user up-to-the-minute updates on rainfall and other weather conditions near the user or wherever the user choose by accessing the extensive databases of Project NOAH and DOST. Also has a weather channel named DOSTv and a digital library named Starbooks.

What I liked?

I liked when they introduced to us, one of the developer of the Project NOAH and shared his experience in Project NOAHS’s developing days which enlighten me how programming really can help people especially in terms of disaster prevention.

What I didn’t like?

I somehow did not like how they present their projects like by showing us only a video about it because it seems boring.

Day 2

Today, October 25 in the morning, I went on a seminar to IdeaSpace Foundation, Inc. in A. Arnaiz Avenue, Makati. In the afternoon, I went to Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) – Traffic Engineering in Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati.

What I learned?

I learned that IdeaSpace Foundation, Inc. helps young entrepreneurs in the Philippines to develop their ideas and they provide space and resources. They also shared that they do a yearly startup that encourages young entrepreneurs to join, those entrepreneurs that are really willing to build their innovations.
In the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) – Traffic Engineering, I learned that on January 2013 was the date when MMDA launches a new traffic control system named Hermes, which was implemented by a company named Indra. This system is the one who manages the CCTV footage in the MMDA – Traffic Engineering. They shared that the cameras they used for their CCTVs are Internet Protocol camera or IP camera. They also shared that they developed MMDA traffic navigator application which view the traffic situation in system, map or line view, view road incidents, view problem areas and more.

What I liked?

I liked when I personally saw the monitors in the MMDA – Traffic Engineering, which shows the live CCTV footage of the roads in the Metro Manila. It was amazing just watching on every monitors. Seeing others roads that are traffic because of some undisciplined drivers and commuters.

What I didn’t like?

I did not liked our visit in IdeaSpace Foundation, Inc. because they only shared to us what their company all about, just by showing us presentations and videos which seems boring. I also realize that they were just a newly build company, that is why they cannot just tour us around their building because it was still under construction.

Day 3

Today, October 26 in the morning, I went on a seminar to University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman – UP Information Technology Development Center (UPITDC) in Diliman, Quezon City and had Mini Y4IT Convention. In the afternoon, I went to Nokia Company in UP – Ayala Land TechnoHub, Commonwealth Avenue, Diliman.

What I learned?

In the Mini Y4IT Convention, I gained ideas about hacking and the two types of hacker. The first type of hacker is someone who hack for a good purpose, they are called White Hat Hacker. White Hat Hackers hack because they want money, they want to be challenged, they want to have fun, they want to build resume and to do good in the world. While the other type of hacker is the Black Hat Hackers, they are the hackers who hack for a bad purpose like what other hackers do to some government websites and other sites that they hacked for fun. They hack big websites and surely lot of information will be leaked, especially some personal information of users and could cause a big problem on the website. I also learned about Cyber Security which is a set of practices, measures or actions that can take to protect personal information and computer from attacks such as viruses, hackers, identity thieves and spyware. I also learned about developing a game application in a different software which is better than what we are used to. Which is much comfortable to use because the images to use as animation for the game will just drag and then drop.
I also learned how famous Nokia Company was before. Compare now a days, Nokia phones are very rare to see. They also shared about their future plans like they bought a company named Withings and will make their products as Nokia’s products too. Nokia also shared that they will coming back to mobile phones and tablets but not as good as what they produced before.

What I liked?

I liked when the last speaker of the Mini Y4IT Convention shows us how to develop a game, on-the-spot, in a different software. I also liked whenever every speaker ends their presentation, they asked questions and whenever someone gives a right answer they give some prizes which kept us from listening to every speaker. I also liked when the Nokia Company gave us a tour around their building. My favorite is the 3rd floor which has an Asian theme and their meeting room was inspired by the bullet train of Japan and every room has an Anime character wallpaper.

What I didn’t like?

I did not like how the second speaker of the Mini Y4IT Convention presents or maybe his topic was just common to most of us because it seems boring that is why most of us felt sleepy at that time.
Day 4

Today, October 27 in the morning, I went on a seminar to Advanced World Systems/Solutions Inc. (AWS) in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

What I learned?

I learned that Advanced World Systems/Solutions Inc. (AWS) is owned by Japanese, which at the time I heard it, I got suddenly focused on the seminar because of the fact that I am very interested in Japanese culture. I also learned that they deal with different technologies such as Application Software Development, Web-related Development, Mobile Systems Development and more. They also offer good training for fresh graduates of computer related courses. The best part of this training is, they also teach how to learn the Japanese language and how to deal business with Japanese, which really encourage me to join.

What I liked?

I liked when I knew that they give good training for fresh graduates of computer related courses. The best thing is that they also teach how to learn the Japanese language and how to deal business with Japanese as part of the training, which encourage me to join because I am very interested in Japanese culture. Also, the training is a big opportunity to gain experience in different technologies. I also liked that they were planning to build their company here in Davao City if ever there will be a direct flight from Davao City to Japan.

What I didn’t like?

I did not like the time consumed for this seminar because I think it was too short to be able to understand what the company is all about.

Day 5

Today, October 28 in the morning, I woke up early to take a bath and get my things ready for our flight going back to Davao City. I spent my last day in Kabayan Hotel by eating my usual breakfast. The trip going back to Davao City feels like riding a roller coaster because of the bad weather. In the end, everyone arrived safe and sound.

Discussions101: July 6, 2015

Last July 6, 2015, we actually discussed a lot of things, but I cannot remember when was the discussion started or what was the first lesson discussed because that schedule was supposed to be our schedule for another subject. It was actually a super conflict schedule, but fortunately, our subject that has the original schedule that day dismissed us early because we only had our online quiz. After taking the quiz, we were in rush to join the discussion in this subject. When we reach the classroom, the discussion was already about the six different pictures. I do not know if that was still their first discussion, but I will start my reflection to the most liked discussion then the least liked discussion.
I actually liked most of the things discussed because of the fact that it tells us about the reality. About what could happen to us in the future once we graduate in college. The things that I liked most is about the qualities of a good entrepreneur, the SEED Model, the importance of Technopreneurship and we discuss again about the Default Mindset and Alternative Mindset. The first thing that I liked was when we discussed about the Qualities of a Good Entrepreneur. Before I tell the reason that I liked it, I will first discuss each qualities.
The first one is hardworking is a quality that not only an entrepreneur should have but also everyone. If we are hardworking we could finish things in the right time. No matter what happen, no matter what obstacles that you will encounter, you will really do your best just to finish your tasks on your desired time. If you are hardworking you could finish a lot of things. Most especially if you work hard for the good of others that you care most. Second is having a self-confidence, if you have that kind of quality you could speak comfortably in front of a lot of people. You have nothing to be worry of about yourself. On the way you talk, the way you do things or anything that you do. You are proud of all the things that you will do because you are confident about it. Third is someone who builds for the future, someone who has the ambition or dream to build good things for the good of his future. Someone who wants to make big and great things. Fourth is someone who is profit-oriented. Even though he builds for the future, he should also be aware on how big the profits or income that he could get. If ever in the future we will have our own company, we should not only think that we did it so that people will have a job, but also we should think the amount of profit or income that we could from it. At the end of the day, we are the one who will benefit from it. Fifth is someone who is goal-oriented. Even if we work hard to build our future then we do not think also about our goals why build it, then it seems useless. We should also have a list or think already about the goals that we wanted to achieve so that we can really say we already become successful if we already reach the goals that we wanted to achieve. Sixth is being persistent or in the other words determined, patient or persevere. Being persevere is one of my ten rules for success. Perseverance could lead you to success in everything you do, like in every task you need to finish. Such as when you are doing something then you thought that it would perfectly work. Then there an error occurred. You lost your motivation to work on it yet there is still a chance to make it work properly. You should try and try until you succeed. Like the quote from the movie of Walt Disney, Meet the Robinsons, states: “Keep Moving Forward.” You should never give up and do not be discourage easily. Seventh is someone who responds to feedback. Whatever things we do, we could not avoid receiving feedbacks from someone. Even if it is negative or positive feedback, we should accept whole-heartedly. We should also know how to responds from it, most especially if we receive a negative feedback. In everything we do, feedbacks from other people is always there, most especially negative feedbacks. Whenever we finish something, like an artwork, we cannot avoid feedbacks from others, either positive or negative feedbacks. Base on my experience, as I finish an artwork, some of my friends would tell me negative comments. Being discourage from what they say is not avoidable. The brighter side is, it is much better to receive negative comments from them. Because of that, I can enhance my skills and the things I am lacking of. I feel more inspired because they notice my work. Eight is someone who demonstrates initiative, even in just a small things, we should have initiative in whatever we do. From that, we do not need to wait for anyone who could really do that thing, if we could do our initiative. Like when you trust someone to do the specific task yet the deadline for that work is already getting nearer. So we should the initiative on our own than wasting our time for someone who could not do the job. Ninth is someone who is willing to listen. Whatever rank we will have in the future, if ever we will have our own company, even if we are the owner or even if we are just an employee, we should really know how to listen from the opinions of everyone. If we are willing to listen from others, then we can be an effective leader. We could what are the happenings in our surrounding if we are willing to listen. We will know how to deal with things if we are aware on our surroundings. Tenth is someone who sets his own standard. Everyone sets their own standards in everything they do. We should set our own standard so that we will be aware that whenever we do things, we could be sure if it really is doing fine if we reach the standard that we want. Setting our own standard also we could know that we really is consistent in doing the things we wanted to do. Eleventh is someone who deal with uncertainty. Whenever we do something, failures is always there. It is the thing that we cannot avoid if we wanted to be successful. To be fully successful, we should know how to deal with it. We should not give up easily if ever we encounter it because it would not lead us to success. Twelfth is someone who is committed. Whatever the things that we do, we should really be committed. To be fully say that we are successful, we should really be committed in our job.  Even we are still a students, we should learn how to be committed. We should be committed in the course that we are taking now so that we will always have the courage to finish it. We should always do our best despite of the obstacles and difficulties that we will encounter because we are committed to it. Thirteenth is someone who builds on strength. If we know that we are good at something, we should use it to finish something. We should enhance the strength that we have so that it could lead us to success. We should already know the things that we are capable of. We should practice and enhance it, like when we are good at drawing. We should practice it until we are really good at it. In the future, it could help you in the field that you wanted to be. Maybe you will be one of the famous animator, then you can use the skills you already enhanced. Fourteenth is someone who is reliable and has integrity. Being reliable means that you are trusted to do a specific task, while having integrity is when you are honest that you could do the task that is given to you. If you are trusted to do a specific task, you should really do your best to finish it. Because of the fact that you are trusted by someone, you should not discourage them just because you were not showing the interest in the doing the job. You should let them know that you really is doing your best through your actions. The last but not the least, the fifteenth is someone who is a risk-taker. I think this is the only one qualities of a good entrepreneur that I can say that I possessed. Like what our facilitator said, that we really are risk-takers because at the moment that we enter University of Southeastern Philippines in the Institute of Computing and taking the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, we really are risk-takers. First of all, we really do not know what would be our life if we enter that field. So from that fact, we really take a risks just to experience the life of being an Information Technology student or just to follow the ambition that we wanted to be in the future. One of the factor that will lead us to success is to be a risk-taker. First of all, we do not know what would happen after we take risks. If we take risks, we will experience things that we never been experienced. No matter what would be the results of our taking risks, it is still for our own good because we could still learn things from it. If ever it is a failure or a success. At least we have tried to take risks. Like the activity that we did in our subject. We should learn how to pitch or we should share the ideas that we could think of. Ideas that are unique, ideas that never been thought by anyone or ideas that could help us become a technopreneur in the future. We actually started pitching since last week, I think. But I decided that I will not still take a risk in sharing my ideas like what others did, for some reasons. First, I am really not comfortable in talking in front of a lot of people, even if it is just a one class of students. Second, I am afraid if ever someone would ask a question then I will have a hard time answering it. Third, I am not ready to face what would be the feedback that our facilitator would give about my idea. Last Thursday, July 16, 2015, the day when I decided to pitch already because of the fact that the number of students who still not tried to pitch for batch one is getting smaller and the deadline for the contests that we need to join and pass our approved ideas is getting nearer already. So I decided to take risks already no matter what will be the result. I will face the reality and accept it and just try again next time. Then I passed the file for my presentation. I was really comfortable that time because I know that I am confident about my idea. I actually had the thought that our facilitator would really approved my idea. I am just really afraid of being questioned about my idea. I just sit down then practicing the lines that I will spit out when I will start to talk in front of my classmate, also thinking that the pitching should only last for one to two minutes only. I have the advantage for that because I know that whenever I am reporting in front of many people, I really tend to talk fast because I wanted to finish it sooner because I am really not comfortable staying for so long talking in front of them. I was waiting for my queue to pitch, and I am aware that I need to wait a number of pitches before I could pitch there. But unfortunately, I do not know why my destiny did it, I was shocked when I knew that it is my queue already. Of course, our facilitator would not like someone who is like ‘magpadili-dili’, like would prefer not to pitch anymore if they are in my position that time. So then I decided to go in front already and start my pitching. Still in shocked mode, I tend to forget the things that I need to say that I practiced. Maybe I was just talking in front for just a minute only. I think it is too fast or what. I do not know what to feel anymore. I was actually feel like running and I was like followed by a dog or a monster or something. My heart beat is too fast. Then I ask them the thing that I really do not want to know. Asked them what their questions is. Fortunately, no one asked, so I have the ‘wew’ feeling then. So I decided to look at our facilitator and getting ready for the final step, the decision, is it either approved or disapproved. Then he told me that I should just change the name of my application. Then gave me a bottom up hands. I was like dreaming, it was like the butterfly in my stomach that time was freed and starting to fly. My face formed a big smile and I was shocked. Honestly, I really do not know what to feel. Then that moment, I realize and learned the lesson that if you would not take a risk, you would not know what will happen. That was really one of my biggest achievement. At least I possessed even just a one qualities of a good entrepreneur even though I never dreamed being an entrepreneur someday.
The reason that I liked most the discussion about the qualities of a good entrepreneur, specifically, the fifteen qualities of a good entrepreneur, is that it could be my guide to reach my ambition and dream in the future. It is actually applicable not only being an entrepreneur, but also to every field that we wanted to be. We should possess those qualities so that we could be successful someday. As early as now, being a student, we should start practicing those qualities so that we will get used to it and apply it to our future jobs.
The next thing that I liked most in the discussion is about the SEED Model. It is actually literally based on the seed, where every plants started before they really become a fully-grown one. I think it is an educational system which every school here in the city of Davao applied, also the University of Southeastern Philippines. As a student also, we will be teach based on the said model. As we was still starting in the university, we also are seeds who will be watered with lessons, knowledge and wisdom to help us to grow to our desired professions. The SEED word actually has a meaning every letter. S stands for Self-Mastery, E stands for Environment Mastery, another E stands for Enterprise Mastery and D stands for Development of Business Plan.
The next thing that I liked most in the discussion is about the importance of Technopreneurship. Why do we need to take up this subject? Why do we need to learn about it? How could we become a good technopreneur? How important is it in our lives? The first importance of Technopreneurship is its employment creation. Technopreneurship was introduced to us not only because we could learn a lot from it, but also because we could help the city of Davao to improve its economy. As we notice nowadays, people preferred to go abroad and seek for a job which has a bigger salary than working here in our country. It is not only because jobs here has smaller salary than the other countries, but because people, most especially who were graduated from colleges, after they graduate, they are unemployed. They could not find a job suit for their degrees because our country is lacking of jobs or company that employ degree courses. Our country actually has a number of companies but just a small companies that could only handle small jobs with small salaries. That is why people that has a degree preferred to seek jobs in other countries. So we were teach about Technopreneurship, so that if ever we will become a technopreneur in the future, we could build our own company. We could help the city of Davao improves its economy by giving the people of Davao, most especially the people who graduated in college, a job that suits their degrees, so that they will no need to seeks jobs from other countries. They will prefer to stay in our country because their family lives here.  The second importance of Technopreneurship is it helps or used our local resources. Because of the fact that Technopreneurship in our country helps our economy to improve, we should really use ‘sariling atin’. We do not need to import things that we need when we want to be technopreneur. We should use our local resources, our local materials and our people. We do not need to employ professionals from other country to build a better company. We already have a lot of it here in our country. We could employ our people and give them jobs, like what its first importance is. The third importance of Technopreneurship is decentralization and diversification of business. Because of technopreneurship, our economy now changed a lot. Technopreneurship involves innovations and new ideas which helps improve our economy and the business in our country. That is why we, now as student, was taught to think of new ideas or innovations that never been made, to introduce it to many people and maybe someday, it could be one of the innovations that will use in our country. The fourth importance of Technopreneurship is its promotion of technology. We do not only talks about business or entrepreneur itself, but we also deal with technology, from the name itself, Technopreneuship. Because of Technopreneurship, it promotes technology, most especially new technology. Technologies that helps improve the economy of our country. Not just the economy but also every aspects of our country. Our education, our government, our business, our establishments and also our everyday lives. Technologies that help us improve our lives, like the things we use to do. Honestly, technologies now makes people lazier. Because of the technologies that were getting evolve every year that made our jobs much easier to do. People tend to finish their jobs for just a small time. But the advantage of it is that, you could finish a lot works for a specific time because you could just do them easier. The fifth importance of Technopreneurship is its capital formation. Technology is the capital of every business in our country which the Technopreneurship deals with. Because of the new technologies, new idea or innovations that created by the technopreneurs, our economy was improving. It also makes our lives a lot easier. Without Technopreneurship, what would be the business world in our country would be that most of the businesses now deals with technology. The sixth and last importance of Technopreneurship is its promotion of entrepreneurial culture. Like what we are taught now in our subject, we need to think of new ideas or innovations that we could use in the future as our starting point to generate money. By the help of Technopreneurship subject, we, as an Information Technology students, we will teach how to deal with the reality once we graduate in our courses. We will also learn how to start a new business, for the sake of our future and for the sake for our countries economy, to help it grow a lot bigger. When we could start our own business or company, we could give our own people a jobs so that they will not prefer to go abroad and seek if they could already find it here in our country. To show that we Filipinos could also compete from the other countries when it deals with technology.
We also discuss again about the main purpose of our subject, Technopreneurship I, is to change our Default mindset into an Alternative mindset. Default mindset is what we all thinking towards our future. We all thought of the same things. We were sent to school, to learn new things or the things that we needed to learn. We graduate in grade school, in high school, and then in college. After that, we will look for a job to make money. Then after we were sent to school by our parents, we will be then help them in exchange of them sending us to school and study. We will provide the things that they provided for us to be able to finish our studies. We will now then give them everything that they need to recoup everything they have given to us. We will now the one who will provide them food and shelter. It is like an exchanging gifts in Christmas Day, they gave us gift and in exchange, we will also gave them gift with the same quality that they have given to us. That is our default mindset. Another mindset which will the one to change our default mindset is called Alternative mindset. We were sent to school, to learn new things or the things that we needed to learn. We graduate in grade school, in high school, and then in college. After that, we will not focus on looking for a job, as just an employee. We should aim being an employer of own business, if it will grow bigger, will become a company sooner or later. We could make money with our own way, with our own business. So then we could everything that our family, not only needed, but also the things they wanted. If things could get better, we could be famous in the whole world. We will become the boss, we will give our people their tasks. We will forget about the Default mindset that we always have in our mind. It could make a big change in our life.
Those are just the things that I liked most in our discussion last July 6, 2015. The fifteen qualities of a good entrepreneur, the SEED Model, the six importance of Technopreneurship and the discussion about the Default Mindset and Alternative Mindset. The next thing is about the things that I liked least in our discussion. Even though I liked a lot most of the things that were discussed, I have also things that I liked least. Which is when we discussed about the business plan and six images that show the reality of the situation of our country as of now.
The first thing that I liked least is when we discussed about the business plan. What is a business plan? A business plan is a formal statement of a set of business goals. It is the roadmap of our business that outlines our goals and how we plan to achieve those goals. We need to develop this plan to achieve our goals. In the development of our business plan, we should be self-mastered, environment-mastered and enterprise-mastered. The first three letters of the SEED Model could really be applied in the business plan. The Self-Mastery, Environment Mastery and lastly the Enterprise Mastery. I know that after we deal with pitching our new ideas and innovations, sooner or later, we will then deal with creating our own business plan. I know that we need to learn how to do it for our own sake to become a good entrepreneur someday. I know that it is for us to practice how to deal with it, for us to learn if ever we will become a technopreneur someday. But I hate the fact that we need to do it not because we just taught on how to do it but also because it is one of our requirements to finish this subject. I know it is hard to do and it takes a very long process before we could say that we really passed this subject. Because base on the opinions of the people who already took up this subject but receive an incomplete grade, it is really hard to deal with our facilitator when it comes with creating the business plan. I know that business plan is more on a documentary task, or let me say, it is really a documentary task. Which I found it hard to do because it is my weakness when it deals with composting sentences, paragraphs or a document, like what I am doing right now. Now, I cannot stand anymore thousands-thousands reflections, so how could I deal with the business plan later on? But still, I am still optimistic that I could really finish this subject and pass the requirements that needed to pass. As long as I could just finish my course, I will face every obstacles and trials that I will encounter soon. The brighter side is, it is also for my own good.
The other thing that I liked least is when we discussed about the six different photos which explains the situation of our country right now. I really do not like that discussion because I hate to know that the situation of our country now is getting worst. The first two photos shows the image of a person that does not have a pleasing personality. To get a job easily, having a pleasing personality is one of the requirement. We should not only be an educated person but also have a pleasant appearance that could attract the employers in the company that you are applying for. Like in the two photos, the first photo is a man who is very fat which shows that he has no time take an exercise which leads him to have a body like that. It is actually not pleasing when you want to apply a job, most especially jobs in the offices. You should also be physically fit so that you can take the tasks properly. If you are healthy, you can finish your assigned tasks on the given time. When you tend to be unhealthy, you will get tired easily and maybe you cannot finish the tasks at the given time. The other photo is a woman who honestly has an ugly face. Has a broken teeth and dark skin or a woman who has no care on his appearance. If you will apply for a job then your appearance was like that, you will be fired right away even though you have not still get hired. As a woman, we should take care of our appearance, most especially when we are facing a lot of people. They will get discourage easily when they will just look at us, even they do not need to speak with us. Those two photos explains the reason that we really need to have a pleasing personality, which leads us to the other two photos. Shows unemployed person, which will happen to you if you have no pleasing personality. You will never get a job because of your appearance which makes you unemployed even though you graduated in college. Having no pleasing personality is not the only reason why we cannot get a job. The other reason is that our country is lacking of businesses or companies that could give every Filipinos a job. Like what the goal of Technopreneurship, employment creation. The other last two photos shows a group of people or organization that having a rally in front of some government offices. If people could not get a job here in our country, it will lead them to have a rally for being still unemployed despite of the money from the taxes of the Filipino citizens. For being unemployed, it will lead us to poverty.Poverty is one of the problem we are experiencing in our country now a days. In our news every day, they always tell us how poor our country is. Our country is an archipelagic state, it means our country is a group of islands connected by a body of water. Because our country is composed of islands, we also have a lot of tourist spots and abundant in natural resources regarding also that we are a tropical country. Despite of those things that we are rich in, our country is poor specifically our economy. Additionally, we have a lots of governments who obviously corrupted most of the money of our country which makes our country poorer.  To develop and make a changes in the statues of our country, we should change our form of government or change anything from our government to improve our situation.
By the help of Technopreneurship, we could start and make a change by build our own business, make a changes in the situation of our country. Let us start improve the economy of our country so we could give our fellow Filipinos a better job and a good salary to help them improve their lives also.

The 3 Idiots

The first character is Ranchoddas Shamaldas Chanchad, later known as Phunsukh Wangdu. Rancho was a very fascinating character to play. The portrayal of his character was really creative and it’s not exaggerated. What I most probably like about him is his humbleness and he seems to be the wisest of the three. In the start of the movie he was a very curious guy with an irritating wisdom and confidence. When the head of the school made an introduction and mentioned about a special pen that especially made for astronauts to be able to write in space, it has a special feature that only that no other pen than that only had but then Rancho asked the most feared professor in the school a simple question, “If astronauts can’t use simple pens in space, why didn’t they use a pencil instead?” the professor then was a bit in shock about that question like he was asking himself “indeed, why didn’t they?” and I think that professor never thought of such an idea and ended up nothing to answer from it in return, obviously with Rancho’s question there is a flaw pencils is pretty fragile compared to a pen and when a tip of it broke it will fly in space and might harm the ship or the space suit it’s a very tiny lead that can even harm very seriously. Rancho was always curious about all things which is very interesting too, he may be act like ignorant but I come to realize that ignorant is the stepping stone and you must accept it and don’t stop being curious about all things. Even with simple things he happen to have notice that no one actually thought off or nobody actually took attention for and nobody might’ve cared even, when he pass by a guy who was been failed by the professor and he saw him dump his unfinished project and he took a look from it, thinking that it is a very brilliant project and it must be completed to see the awesome result and he fixed it with passion and looking forward to give it as a gift to that guy. After he completed that helicopter like invention attached with a camera he controlled it over to the window where the guy’s room is but he witnessed a very grim event, the guy hanged himself due to depression and shame that he shouldered all along. Then he realized there was something wrong with the school especially the professor, they may seek excellence but they don’t care much what burden they give, what pressure they apply to every student they rejected and not gave even a bit of chance. With that very event I noticed how logical he thinks and how ethical also his arguments which most student don’t even think about opposing off and just accepting all of those and think of those who are failed to be a foolish, unworthy, unfit individual. He now approached the professor and somewhat lecturing the professor with all respect and trying to deliver the hardships and sufferings that each student may take if they maintain such policy or method of finding excellent students and even suggested to be more gentle or understand to the students that are not that gifted in terms of intellectual capacity, if one doesn’t meet the deadline it doesn’t mean they are lazy, dumb, or someone unworthy of such bit chance. You know how hard it is to be excellent and even though you noticed that the student come up with such a good invention, you always try to put them down like telling them it’s useless to even work on it, that it isn’t worth your time, you were like stripping that student’s chance to be gain success that at the start you already pulled him out of the track unknowingly decreasing their self-esteem that is very important In daily life. That part of the movie made me understand deeper the depressed person has had in his life or even lost his well-being because of only trying to be successful educated person. It made me realize of how light I may handle the college life if I wasn’t trying to avoid all the studies, I may not be that good but at least I can think more deeper now and more logical than ever before I had laid my eyes into this brilliant movie. Not only students can relate to that scenario but also those professors that might had the same perception as the said professor in the movie just seeking for excellence but they forgot how humans operate and how hard it may be for his/her student to get rejected by him, the student might be looking up high for him/her and sees him/her as a inspiration or as a guide to be excellent just as him. Actually I experienced a very though part of college that I always fear to express my opinion or my project due to majority rejected students that are before me and I always come up with a really simple idea perhaps, I am simple minded that I can’t think of much more complicated but I know in myself that what I was thinking was really idealistic and it might be very simple but it is really helpful also. I let the pressure win over me that I always pull myself down even though deep inside I knew for sure that what is in my mind was the right thing but always ended up disappointed after proving myself right and not even had a chance to express because of sheer doubt in my mind that it might be the reason for me to get attention as a laughing stock or get insulted because of such thinking, after a long time I realized that what important is the point not the actual flowering to beautify a specific idea, straight to the point without any unnecessary words is what really is perfect and really easy to understand. But seriously, there are some professors that prefer longer explanation and listening from it and the point of the idea is been repetitively discussed is really not the best way to make the listeners understands you, and it is really not attractive to say too much of your invention/idea because the longer you speak in front of people the fader it gets to them what your point really is. Rancho was really an inspiring character it teaches us to the extent that we can be better of ourselves if we only know the key points to have a better understand of all things, it might be hard but if you can only analyze well enough, you will discover how much less effort you could infuse each studies you may encounter and you will save enough time. I thought of something that might help me understand myself better like what my strengths are and what can I do to make them better, and acknowledge my weaknesses and find a way to ease it (bad study habits) without losing too much of my productivity and still having fun on it. Rancho might be so perfect as portrayed in the movie, a very intelligent one with a passion of learning Engineering and a very humble person, and yet you will know that Rancho was not his name but he used it because of the deal that he had just to pursue college degree, he made much sacrifices with the aim of being the best and for the reason of passing those of what he learn to the less fortunate children and mold them in the young age to explore technology and have passion of wisdom in a proper way, without applying too much pressure on them and never had forgotten to have fun while learning. He had helped so many people and made them realize what they forgot and what they hid deepest in their hearts and pushing them to what gives them pleasure to where they have passion and to where they could feel satisfied in such field, learning to stand in their own without the dictation of their parents (because his friends are forced to become an engineer by their parents) and after helping them, his friends became so comfortable of their lives and really owed him so much that they tracked him down to where he possibly lived. It’s so relieving to see such act, friends are precious and it is very satisfying to help your friends and knowing they will help you back and didn’t by a chance, made advantage of you. After all humans are social beings, without anyone to talk to and without anyone to help with will make your life much less like a life, maybe you will end up successful because of extreme independence and perseverance but at the end you will realize what you were lacking all along, you will feel empty deep inside because you have no one witnessing your hardships or even share a laugh with, I am glad to have realized it sooner because I don’t really rely much on anyone and I seldom have friends, and if I had friends its quite a few I could say my real friends and we are now all separated with different fields but so far my college journey is better now knowing how to enjoy studies with my friends and having someone to share thoughts and help me with something also, I really can’t do anything much in my own to the extent of my skill but I always put myself in the front because I know that whom who is nearest to the act is the one who will have the best chance of opportunity that makes it easier to grab. I would rather remember the things Rancho is capable of remind myself of what I could be also, thinking more deeper and learn how to not always agree on things but always perceive things differently separating the pros and cons of such act or idea I may ever encounter with. Rancho was so far the best character I ever seen in the movies and I know I can’t be that perfect so instead of copying such act or making a fallacy of how my wisdom works and what extent of knowledge I have, I will make my own ideology and keeping myself open on all things I will encounter and think always for what I know is right and never let anyone dictate my decisions unless it is indeed righteous and prove myself wrong. Rancho’s study habits are very unbelievable because he always have fun like he was telling that no matter what you do, do it with a smile and the stress would go away, indeed he’s good in his field but not feeling even a bit of pressure or depression is what makes him a very practical student to choose, never had a thought of doing things more enjoyable like that, perhaps our generation today was too much innovated for fun and visual games that majority kids today don’t actually build up interests on the actual world and always fascinated to the realistic games of post-modern. The only way you could enjoy such thing is if you had passion with it when you are just a little kid, because while you are a kid that will be the time best for choosing passion and it may be happen to be the fun that you always seek when you grow up. Maybe it’s the way to make study much more passionate but, after all you can always decide for yourself and be better, mold yourself again, it might be hard but if you really found passion on the field you are pursuing on then you might as well enjoy. Rancho is indeed a very excellent student it’s very easy to convey why you would choose someone like him because everything that you didn’t even glance of has been opened up by him and making you realized what really is happening to these things.
The next and second character is Raju Rastogi who came from poor family but his parents still do their best just to send him to the Engineering college school, even though that his mother was already a retired school teacher and his father was paralyzed who was just a postman before. On the movie, Raju was shown as a student who believes on charms and also who is very devoted to their Gods. He always tried his best so that he can finish his study and help his family from poverty. He tend to rely his luck on their Gods. His mindset was if he will always pray and offer something to their Gods, he will have a good luck. He also wear a lot of ring charms which he believes that it could help him on his studies.  He was a dorm mate of Farhan, but then later on become also a door mate of Rancho when he was assign to the room of Raju and Farhan. Rancho told him that why he believes his fate only to Gods. Why should not he just make the Gods his inspiration or something that he could get his strength to face the challenges and obstacles in his life and do his best in studying rather than relying only to the Gods? Raju got mad at Rancho for saying something like that about his faith to his Gods. But still Raju later on understands why Rancho said that to him. He then starting to remove his charms and lessen his devotion to the Gods and just believe in his own skills and ability so that he can succeed in his college life. One day, when they got drunk and because of too much alcohol, they planned to go to their principal’s house which was just inside the campus. They started to make fun with the things on the house, the first one is when one of them pee on the door, maybe as far as I remember. Then Rancho decided to climb up on the room of Pia, his love interest. While Raju followed him to climb up. Until Virus heard that there are unknown people who enter his house. So they suddenly went out, until Virus saw one of them who went from his house, who was Raju. The other he was called at the office of the principal and he was asked about what happened that night. So he told Virus about it but he does not want to tell who were with him that night. He do not want to say bad things about his friends so he preferred to just protect them. Then Virus decided to let Raju made a letter for him, which was written there an expelled letter to give to Raju’s parents. Raju was scared what if he cannot continue studying to that school and what will happen to his family if he will stop from schooling. So he do not want to do what if the time that his parents will  read that letter, what if his paralyzed father will totally break down and maybe could lead to death. Because he is confused what to do then, he decided to jump from the principal’s office where it was actually few floors away from the ground. He was send to the hospital and fortunately, he is still alive. He does not want to know his family about what happened to him because he is afraid that it could give them more problems to be think of. Most especially that they are having a problem that they cannot afford the car that would be demanded as a dowry for his sister. It is maybe a tradition of Indian weddings. But unfortunately, the next day is there interview from some big companies that they could work at after they graduate from that college. He was still on the wheelchair which gives him trouble if he could find a job in his situation. What happened to him was his eye opener because that was the time when he started to remove his lucky ring charms because it does not help him when he was in the time of trouble. Like what Rancho said that he should not only believe on his faith to the Gods and to those lucky charms but also he should believe to himself, his skills and ability to succeed in his life. He then start to have his interview even though he was still on the wheelchair. The interviewer told him that how could they accept him to have a work from their companies if that is his situation. He told him that, all people can be capable in doing thing if they really want to, it is not only base on the physical, but it is on what is the person capable of. Then he started to give up on the interview because he already thought that he cannot get a work from any of that companies. But the interviewers was amazed on what he said, so he then got a job. After that, he gives so much thanks to his friend Rancho for telling him a good advice and wisdom about what he could do to succeed in his life. Then after their graduation they start to make their own life. Which in the present day he is already a settled married man in Delhi who has freed his family from poverty by becoming a wealthy executive. He never believes on luck charms again, but only to himself. Which in the present day, they were searching for their friend, Rancho, who was suddenly gone after the ceremony of their graduation. They search for him anywhere from their country, together with their former school mate Chatur Ramalingam, which treats Rancho as his rival for getting the first rank in the school based on the intelligence. Then after the long day of searching Rancho in most of the places in their country, they met him again which now succeeded so much than them which he became a famous scientist and entrepreneur.
There are people who can relate their lives on Raju. There are people who rely their life so much on their Gods or on some lucky charms that could give them good luck. Because of too much faith on it, they tend to rely on it all the time even on small things that they want to achieve. They tend to forget about their real skills and where are they capable of. It is one of the Cultural Traits of us Filipinos which called being Fatalistic. It is the belief that one’s destiny is dictated by fate is a typical cultural trait of the Filipinos. Fatalism is best reflected in the phrase “bahala na”, translated as “come what may”. The term has a religious connotation as the word ‘bahala’ is a derivation from the word ‘Bathala’, the name given by the Filipino ancestors to their supreme God. The phrase is believed to imply a message of God’s providential guidance. The phrase left an indelible traditional imprint in the minds of generation after generation of Filipinos. It carries with it both desirable and undesirable qualities. During crucial times, ‘bahala na’ seemingly becomes a defense mechanism for the Filipinos to entirely depend on the course of nature on some circumstances beyond their control. Likewise, the phrase is commonly said when one takes a risk to try one’s luck or carry on an adventurous undertaking. Unfortunately, fatalism deprives one of future opportunities. Tendency to rely on the dictates of fate deprives one of the will to change his life for the better. On a national perspective ‘bahala na’ hinders progress. Like what happen to Raju if he will still believe that his fate was decided by the Gods only and also for being too much believing on the lucky ring charms, he will really not succeed in his life and it will have no progress. His life and his family would still be in poverty. Thanks to his friend, Rancho, who enlightened him up about what really the reality of life. I also experience being fatalistic sometimes, like relying on what would the fate would give to me. Like when there are times that I will get lazy on studying my lessons every time we will quizzes or examinations, I will tend to just rely on ‘bahala na’. But also I believe to myself that I could answer the questions correctly, because of the fact that during our discussions in our class, I have the guts to listen on the lessons also. Sometimes I rely on my stock knowledge, if ever there is. But sometimes, if ever there are times that I experience difficulty which to those lessons that I found it difficult to understand, I will just rely what would my fate would become. Fortunately, a lot of times, I have good grades then. There is also a time when I am making my school works near to the deadline date. Where sometimes I am already in rush when making it especially when it should takes a long time before it finish. So when the deadline time was already coming, I tend to say ‘bahala na’. No matter what happens, it is still my fault for doing my school works that late. But at least I still have the guts to make even though the deadline time is near already. I still have the faith that I could still finish it on time, but there also times when I could not really completely finish, like when it is lacking of some unnecessary or small parts of the works, I will still pass it so that at least, even I cannot get a highest or a higher grade, I still have grade to put on my records just to see that I should not have any blank grades. There is also a time when I went to somewhere, then sometimes where it cannot avoided, it takes me a long time before I can ride a PUJ to go home already. There are also times that all because of the traffic. There is also a times when we were making our projects in the house of maybe one of my classmate, then because we need to finish it on time, we tend to extend the curfew that only given to us just to finish our works. Then because of taking too long to take a ride on PUJ plus a traffic, it could really went home very late. Which sometimes I just think that, my parents would really scold me when the time I will arrive at home. Sometimes I just think that ‘bahala na’, if ever they scold, then come what may. I was not doing anything bad then, we were just finishing our school works so that we can pass it on time. But part of me still feel afraid because it does not feel good when I am scolded just because of that reason. But then there are times that my parents would not mind if I come late from school, they also know that there are times that I need to went home late because of my schedules of some subjects that I have that the dismissal is already that late. They are just not used when I went home late because they were used that I went home early before the surroundings get dark. I know also that they scolded me because they want to protect me, they want me to be safe, they want me to avoid from harms. Bottom line, we should not only rely on our Gods or on some lucky charms just to get lucky on something we do, but we should also believe in ourselves. We should also believe that we can do something exceptional, if we only believe on our skills and on what we are capable of. But still make our Gods or anyone that inspires us our inspiration to succeed in our lives.
The third and last character which some of the aspects of his life is I can relate to is  Farhan Qureshi  whose father wanted him to be an engineer despite his lack of interest in the career. He is now an accomplished wildlife photographer. He is also one of the friends and dorm mate of Raju and Rancho. His story is quite common to some students in our generation nowadays. He entered the school of engineering because his father wanted him to be an engineer someday. Some reason for that maybe is that it could get a bigger salary than some of the courses or maybe his father just wanted him to have a better future. When they were friends already with Rancho, there are times, which really cannot be avoided you will ask by you friends why you entered the course that you have right now. Rancho notice that Farhan got no interest in the course that he was taking. There are times that he tend to not study his lessons because of the fact that he has no interest on engineering stuffs. So Rancho asked him why is not he interested on the course that he is taking. The fact that you will enter the course because you want to be like that or like that. He answered honestly that he really has no interest on an engineering course, it is all because that his father want him to be an engineer sometimes. Rancho got confused why he need to follow what his father wants, while in fact the Farhan was the one to enter and study engineering on that college school and not his father. Farhan told him also that, he wants to follow what his father wants for him because he do not want his father to treat him differently like what he used to. There are some parents that whenever you do not want to follow what they want you to be, they will change how they treat you or they will sometimes ignore in some ways, or they will lost interest on sending you to school. So like Farhan, he prefer to follow what his father wants than what he really want. Actually wanted to be a wildlife photographer. He already told his father a few times about what he really wants, but he was just ignored by his father. So he prefer not to pursue what he wants. There are times that Farhan always have the lowest grade or rank in his class because of lack of interest or maybe he has no guts to study his lessons because of the fact that he do not want to be an engineer. So his friend, Rancho saw a letter on some things owned by Farhan, maybe on his desk. It is actually a letter that is address to one of the famous wildlife photographer that Farhan idolized. As far as I remember, because Farhan has the habit of taking photos, he, I think, had a blog or a social network account which he posted the photos that he did took. Then fortunately, that famous wildlife photographer, emailed or sent him a letter that his photos that he took were good and he could be a famous wildlife photographer. Of course, as a fan, it is one of your biggest achievements, but because of the fact that his father do not want him to a wildlife photographer or any course rather than engineering. So he keep his ambition even though he can now get it in no time. Because Rancho want to help his friend, he actually send that letter address to that famous wildlife photographer to help his friend pursue what he really wants. The time when Raju was sent to the hospital because of attempting suicide where he jump from few floors specifically in the principal’s office until on the ground, Farhan receives a replied letter from the famous wildlife photographer that he really idolize. He was confused why he receive that kind of letter that in fact he just kept his replied letter address to that famous wildlife photographer. Inside the letter was that famous wildlife photographer and Farhan idolizes, wanted him to be his assistant photographer on some of his journey. He actually gave Farhan a sponsorship to go to one of the famous wildlife country. Of course, Farhan was so very happy on what he receives and on what his friend did just to help him pursue his ambitions. But then the smile on Farhan’s face turn into sadness. He then realize that his father would not allow him to do what he really wants because his father really wanted him to be just an engineer. Some part of him wanted to pursue his dream, but some part of him wanted to follow what his father wants for him. So he decided not to pursue it. But his friend Rancho, who did that for him for his good, for him to pursue his dreams would not allowed that Farhan would not pursue what he really wants because of what his father told him. So Rancho told him that I will accompany you to your father and I will help you to persuade him to let you do what you really wants. Then he went to the house of Farhan’s parents, then his parents were happy for visiting them for a long time. His father was confused why they were in their house when he know that is the day when they will have their interviews of some of the bigger engineering companies. His father ask him why they were there, but Farhan was hesitated to tell him the reason why they were there. So Rancho has the more guts to tell to Farhan’s father, because he has no idea what would Farhan’s father reaction would be than Farhan. So Rancho told him everything that Farhan really wanted to be a wildlife photographer than an engineer. So his father scolded them for going in their house just to tell him that kind of things. So Farhan then change his mood, he lost his self-confidence on telling his father about it. Then Rancho was the only one who explain everything, until his father talked Farhan about it and his mother was just supportive to what Farhan really wants to his life. So Farhan started to cry already and persuading his father what he really wants to his life. Because of some inspiration words that Rancho told to Farhan’s father. His father then change his mind and decided to let Farhan what he really want to be. The touching part is when Farhan was so very happy and embraces his father and thanking him for letting do what he really want to be. His father actually bought him a laptop or personal computer to use for his studies then his father decided to just exchange it to a photographer’s camera which Farhan was really touched and everyone started to cry including Rancho. Then Farhan give so much thanks to his friend for helping him to pursue his dreams. In the present time, Farhan was now a famous wildlife photographer. Same story goes on as what happen to Raju.
Why is it that I could relate on some aspects of Farhan’s life? I actually was not like him who was just pushed of entering a course that I really do not want to be. My parents actually let me to choose the path that I really want. They do not want me that someday I will regret that I entered the course that I do not want to be because there is a possible thing that would happen, that later on I will lost on interest on it and it will lead me to not finish my school instead. The happy part is that, they let me choose what I really want to be, because they know that they believe that I could succeed on it. Even though there are times that I feel that I wanted to stop from schooling because of some factors which lead me to want to do it. Sometimes I wanted to end my life because of too much pressured that I feel right now. But that thing is not the solution to my problem. But instead, I will still pursue the path that I choose because from the very first place I was not pushed to be on the course that I do not want but instead my parents let me choose so that someday when this time comes, I would not blame them for choosing the path which I did choose to be. That is why I should not lost interest on it because I am lucky that I was not the born with the parents like what Farhan had. I think my life is just the opposite of what Farhan’s life is. He was pushed to enter a course which he do not want to be but what his father want him to be. My parents let me to choose what I want to be and not what they want me to be. At the end of the day, we are now have the same path who pushed our dreams and ambitions. The difference is that, he was now really eager to pursue his dreams because of his experience that he was just pushed to enter a course that he do not want and now he was supported by his parent to what he really want to be. While me, I was not pushed to enter a course that I really do not wanted to be, but my parents let me choose my own path and now, I think, I have enough difficulties that I encountered which lead me to think on stop pursuing my dreams. But still I do not want to discourage my parents just I was tired facing struggles and difficulties in this path that I choose. But instead that, even though I experience difficulties I should who them that I still have the courage to push my course until the very end. I want to show them that I could succeed also even though I was the only who decided on the path that I really wanted to be. I do not want to fail just because of some struggles and difficulties that I experience right now. I want to show them also that I could also succeed like what other people did. Then I want them to feel that after I will finish the course that I am taking, I can then help them in our financial problems. I want to recoup everything that they had did and given to me. When the time that I will succeed, I will not let them regret that they send me to school and have better life and soon a better future. I want to show them the results of their sufferings and sacrifices that they experience just to let me send to school. I will surely let theme believe that I can also be helpful to them and not just a ‘palamunin’. Which they only saw me sitting and facing my computer which they have not knew that I was doing something, such us school works, for me to succeed and to avoid failures in my grades. Even though there are times that I am losing of guts to pursue my course because of a lot of reasons, difficulties and struggles that I experience. I will prove that they could also be proud of me.
